Service Agreement

This Agreement explains the terms governing transportation, logistics, customer communications, and SMS services provided by Twin Cities Xpress LLC.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

Agreement between you and Twin Cities Xpress LLC.

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Twin Cities Xpress LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer, carrier, driver, business, or other party (“you” or “your”) that uses or interacts with our services.

By using our transportation, logistics, website, customer support, or SMS communication services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms described below.

SCOPE

Scope of Agreement

This Agreement governs your use of services and communications provided by Twin Cities Xpress LLC, including:

  • Freight transportation services.
  • Logistics and shipment coordination.
  • Customer and carrier communications.
  • SMS notifications and support.
  • Our website at www.twincitiesexpress.com.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the applicable services.

SERVICES

Services Provided

Twin Cities Xpress LLC provides freight transportation, shipment coordination, logistics support, and related communications.

Service Availability

Transportation availability may depend on shipment requirements, scheduling, equipment availability, traffic, weather conditions, regulatory requirements, and other operational factors.

Service Limitations

All freight and related transportation activity must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and safety requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Responsibilities

When requesting or using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information relevant to the shipment.

Provide accurate pickup and delivery information.
Provide correct shipment details and requirements.
Ensure freight is properly prepared where applicable.
Comply with applicable safety and legal requirements.
Provide required documents and instructions.
Pay applicable and agreed charges.

You may not use our services for unlawful activity, intentionally provide false shipment information, or interfere with transportation operations.

PAYMENT

Rates, Charges & Payment

Transportation rates, accessorial charges, payment terms, and other service-specific charges may be established by rate confirmation, written communication, invoice, or other applicable agreement between the parties.

Additional charges may apply when transportation requirements change or when services such as detention, layover, redelivery, additional stops, special handling, or other accessorial services are required.

Any disputed invoice or charge should be communicated to Twin Cities Xpress LLC as promptly as reasonably possible.

SMS COMMUNICATION

SMS Communication Agreement

Twin Cities Xpress LLC may use SMS text messaging to provide shipment information, account notifications, operational communications, support, and other relevant messages when a customer has provided consent.

Consent & Opt-In

You may opt in by providing your phone number and selecting an applicable SMS consent checkbox.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on shipment, account, support, and communication activity.

Message Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

STOP

Reply STOP to an SMS message at any time to opt out of further SMS communications.

HELP

Reply HELP for assistance or visit our Help page for additional support.

Privacy

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

LIABILITY

Liability & Service Conditions

Transportation services may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of Twin Cities Xpress LLC, including weather, traffic, road closures, government action, mechanical issues, emergencies, labor disruptions, or other transportation conditions.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive any right, responsibility, or limitation established by applicable transportation law, written transportation documents, contracts, bills of lading, or other governing agreements.

Claims

Any claim involving freight loss, damage, shortage, delay, or other transportation issue should be reported promptly with all available supporting documentation.

UPDATES

Changes to This Agreement

Twin Cities Xpress LLC may update this Agreement when necessary to reflect changes in our services, practices, operational requirements, or applicable law.

Updated terms may be posted on this page with a revised effective or last-updated date. Continued use of applicable services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable federal law and, where state law applies, the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
